Mechanics:

1. The individual must be nominated by the alumni, students, faculty, non teaching personnel, administrators, Board of Trustees of SAC and esteemed members of the community.

2. Nomination forms are available at the Alumni Office and in the Guidance Services Office (0omen Building, Room 207). The forms can also be accessed from the College website at  http://www.sac.edu.ph

3. All Nomination forms, photocopy of certificates and other pertinent documents shall be returned or submitted to the Guidance Services Office, Attn: The Awards Committee on/or before October 31, 2008.

4. Final submission will be on November 15, 2008. Mailed entries should also be postmarked not later than the said date. Entries sent as attachments to e-mails should not be later than the deadline.

5. The nominator should ensure that a court clearance of his/her nominee be attached to the Nomination Form.

6. 6. Nominations should be made on the prescribed Nomination Form and must be signed by the Nominees in the Conforme portion attesting to all facts therein.

7. All data/information submitted in connection with the Search for Fifty Most Outstanding Anthonians shall be treated with the strictest confidentiality.

8. All attachments to the Nomination Form shall be arranged and paged accordingly and bound together for submission.

9. All awardees shall be notified at least one month before the awarding ceremonies in December 27, 2008.

10. A screening committee/board of judges shall determine the awardees. Their decision is final and irrevocable.
